I'm

Real talk? Most women I meet are wildly capable and completely in their own way. They're working hard, doing everything "right", and still wondering why it isn't clicking.

That's the conversation I built this whole thing around.

I'm a business mindset coach, speaker, and the host of The Sherry Brooks Podcast. I help ambitious women stop playing small, rewire the thinking that's been holding them back, and actually build the business and life that they keep describing to other people but haven't let themselves have yet.

Whether you've been here for years or this is your first time, welcome. You're in the right place!

"I didn't know what I was doing. I just knew I wasn't going to stop."

Your results are a direct reflection of how you think. Change the thinking — and you change everything.

She didn't start
with a plan.

Sherry grew up watching the women around her work themselves to exhaustion and still come up short. She learned early that hard work was non-negotiable — but she also noticed something no one talked about: the women who actually broke through weren't just working harder. They were thinking differently.

She spent years trying to crack the code. Tried every strategy, every system, every framework. Built a business, burned it down, rebuilt it. Moved cities. Started over. And through every single iteration, the pattern was the same: the breakthrough always started in her head, not in her calendar.

"I didn't know what I was doing. I just knew I wasn't going to stop."

The moment everything shifted.

There was a Tuesday — she remembers it clearly — where she sat in a car she was about to lose, in front of a business she had no idea how to save, and made a decision. Not a strategy. Not a plan. A decision about who she was going to be.

Within six months, the business had turned around. Not because she learned a new tactic. Because she stopped believing the story that it wasn't meant for her.

That's when she knew. The mindset wasn't a soft add-on to the business work. It was the work. Everything else — the marketing, the revenue, the scale — was just the result of getting that part right first.

She started talking. Millions listened.

The Sherry Brooks Podcast started as a selfish act. She had things she needed to say, and no real platform to say them. So she bought a microphone that was too expensive, sat in a closet surrounded by coats for soundproofing, and hit record.

She didn't have an audience. She didn't have a plan. She had twelve listeners for the first three months, and eight of them were her family.

Then one episode — a raw, unedited conversation about the thing she was most afraid to admit — hit a nerve. It got shared. Then shared again. The DMs started coming in from women saying the same thing: "I thought I was the only one."

"I wasn't trying to build a show. I was trying to have the conversation nobody else was having."

Now

She's just getting
started.

Today, The Sherry Brooks Podcast is in the top 3% globally, with over 47 million downloads and a community of 40,000+ women who show up every week ready to do the work. She speaks on stages. She runs a newsletter that people actually read. She has built the thing she once only described to other people. But she'll be honest with you — she's not done. Not even close. The mission is still the same one she started with in that coat closet: find the women who are capable of more than they're currently allowing themselves, and refuse to let them stay small. She's just getting louder about it.

What she stands for

These aren't core values from a brand deck. They're the things that show up in every episode, every talk, every conversation.

  • 01

    Radical honesty

No sugarcoating. No highlight reel. The real conversation, even when it's uncomfortable. Especially when it's uncomfortable.

  • 02

    Mindset before strategy

You can have the best plan in the world and still self-sabotage your way out of it. Getting your thinking right isn't a soft skill. It's the whole job.

    Done beats perfect

Waiting until you're ready is just fear with a more acceptable name. Ship the thing. Launch the episode. Send the email. You can refine it once it's out in the world.

  • 04

    Community over competition

The women who rise the fastest are the ones who stopped seeing other women as competition and started seeing them as evidence of what's possible. Your win doesn't shrink mine.

  • 05

    Ownership

Nobody is coming to save you and that's actually the most freeing thing you'll ever hear. When you own the problem you own the solution. That's where the real power lives.

  • 06

    Progress, not arrival

There is no finish line where everything finally feels figured out. The goal is to keep moving, keep learning, and stop waiting for some future version of yourself to show up and start.
